I am located in Eugene, but can work virtually.  I am always looking to connect and network with others interested in my services.  I am especially interested in working with  professionals in the health and wellness fields as well as those who work with children in schools, daycare, and sports and hobbies.  I am willing to travel if services are requested.

Did you know that you can increase productivity, reduce absenteeism, retain your best employees, and maybe even lower the cost of health insurance, when you offer wellness programs?  However, many businesses with wellness programs simply provide an on-site gym, after hours fitness classes, or pay for an employee's gym membership.  This is a step in the right direction, but there is more to keeping your employees healthy than trying to keep them moving.

In fact, in a recent study conducted by United Health Care, while 70% of companies offer wellness programs to help employees improve their heath, 64% of employees underestimate the value of wellness-related incentives.  This means that U.S. companies spend an average $742 per employee per year that are not being used.  Also, while 59% of employees say company wellness programs have improved their health, 63% are unwilling to devote more than an hour a day to improve their well-being.
